Are you a highly experienced and motivated Social Worker ready to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to become our Lead Practitioner within our Adult Social Care Team in Lincolnshire.
About the Role:
- Provide expert social work practice, leading and mentoring a team of social workers.
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to enhance the quality of service delivery.
- Contribute to the strategic development and improvement of the team's performance.
- Supervise and support social workers in their casework, providing guidance and expertise.
- Promote best practice in adult social care, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.
- Act as a role model and champion for high-quality social work practice.
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Care England.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a Social Worker.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within adult social care is essential.
- Significant experience in direct social work practice with adults.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Strong understanding of adult social care legislation and policy.
