DB Charles Recruitment are working on a number of new brilliant opportunities with an exciting business based in Lincoln for Graduate Software Developers, to join an established team on a permanent basis. The roles available vary across the Back End team and the DevOps team.

The business have a well known name and reputation within the Private Healthcare industry and they hope to attract candidates enthused by the prospect of joining their team and furthering their careers.

The roles will sit amongst a large development team of circa 30 people, reporting into a team leader and the Software Development head

Candidates considered for these roles will be required to have a number of the below skill-sets and experiences:

  • Degree graduate in Computer Science / Programming preferable
  • Degree focused towards IT or a relevant subject supporting the role preferable
  • Ideally an up to date portfolio of personal / university work to demonstrate via GitHub or personal website links
  • Experience and knowledge of C# & .NET (back end)
  • Experience and knowledge of Azure & SQL (DevOps)
  • Additional knowledge of API / Git / Agile would be highly advantageous however not essential
  • Highly motivated
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills for when dealing with clients and liaising with other internal teams
  • Happy to commit to a role based in Lincoln with hybrid working on offer (x2 days a week in the office)

The client is working with DB Charles Recruitment closely to successfully recruit the right candidate and are looking to pay a salary of £25,000 per annum with a rise to £27,000 per annum upon completing the probation period for graduates without experience. For anyone holding up to a years experience they would consider a salary bracket of £27,000 to £30,000 per annum. The role will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:15pm and other additional benefits on offer with the role will include:
