What You'll Do:
As a Junior Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including .NET 8 APIs and microservices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable REST APIs using C# and .NET.
- Implementing and optimising SQL databases for performance.
- Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Building efficient, reusable, and scalable back-end services.
- Ensuring security measures are implemented within APIs and databases.
- Debugging, troubleshooting, and improving back-end applications.
- Utilising Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD management.

Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET framework for building REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management (MS SQL, Azure SQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services, especially Azure.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with unit testing frameworks like NUnit/xUnit.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of security best practises (e.g., OAuth, JWT, OWASP standards).

Working Pattern:
This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office per week, with regular team meetings each month. You can expect to be in the office around 8-10 days a month.
