For the right person, this role can offer progression into an assistant branch management position as our client has ambitious growth plans. Therefore, to be considered it is essential that you are able to demonstrate a strong track record in residential lettings, confidence and enthusiasm, and first-class customer service skills.

Personal specification:
ā¢ At least 2 yearsā experience within residential lettingsā¢ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenā¢ First-class customer service skillsā¢ IT literateā¢ Display high standards of service and presentationā¢ Local area knowledgeā¢ Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to Ā£25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of Ā£35,000 dependent on experience and performance. The company will also pay business mileage.
You will be working a 5 day week. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 4pm. You will receive a full day back in lieu for working a Saturday.
