Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be partnered exclusively with our industry leading client in their search for a Business Development Manager, this is not your usual Business Development Manager role, this company pride themselves on the relationships they build and maintain with their clients. You ideally will have experience in Account Management as well as New Business

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Cold calling to prospective clients, listening to clients needs, struggles and tailoring a bespoke package of services
  • Upselling and cross-selling to new and existing clients
  • Account Managing existing clients, checking in regularly to maintain high client retention
  • Recognise potential sales opportunities via Networking, LinkedIn and Cold Calling, Referrals and
  • Build relationships with customers to maintain loyalty to the company

Ideally you will:

  • Have experience in a BDM, Sales Executive or Account Management role
  • Have a drive to earn money
  • Ideally be able to start in the next 4 weeks
