Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager who will take charge of developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, managing the company’s social media presence, overseeing their website, creating engaging content, and driving both online and offline marketing initiatives. The right candidate will work closely with the leadership team to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and growth objectives. This role is office based and the suitable candidate needs to work onsite collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our social media channels, including creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and optimising strategies based on data.
  • Develop compelling written and visual content for social media posts, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain consistency in the brand’s voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee the company website, ensuring content is up to date, engaging, and optimised for both user experience and SEO.
  • Drive the website as a key inbound lead generator, using data to continuously monitor and improve performance.
  • Work on developing landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand narrative that resonates with target audiences and supports business objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of messaging frameworks to ensure alignment across marketing materials and communication.
  • Design and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and audience segments.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimise future efforts.
  • Create visually compelling marketing materials, including social media banners, infographics, brochures, and event collateral.
  • Support or manage relationships with external creative agencies when more complex design work is required.
  • Review and approve creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards.
  • Oversee internal communications efforts to ensure company updates, events, and key initiatives are shared effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials for events, both internal and external.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives (social media engagement, website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Use insights from data to recommend improvements and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail in proofreading and content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
