Eye4 Recruitment are working with a client based in Liss, close to the station, in suburb offices. We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for capturing new customer demands, ensuring administration is loaded accordingly for smooth operations.
KEY RESPONBILITIES:
- Conduct sales administration tasks efficiently and accurately
- Answer the telephone with a focus on customer service
- Maintain and update customer records
- Upload new customer part data, including analysing technical drawings
- Organise and schedule customer orders
- Assist in preparing administration for factory operations and Bill of materials
- Utilise CRM & MRP systems to track sales orders and deliveries
- Support the team with general administrative tasks
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- A good customer service ethos
- Possess a “can do” attitude
- Multi skilled in all aspects of administration
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
