Finance Manager – Road to Directorship

£60,000-£100,000

Standing out for their high-quality delivery on site, this residential groundwork and civils company are subcontractors to PLC housebuilders including Redrow, Persimmon and Miller Homes. Due to continued success, they have expanded their operations into a new regions. They therefore have an opportunity for a Senior Finance Professional to join their management team, playing a crucial role in their continued growth, responsible for all aspects of financial operations.

 

As a Finance Manager…

You’ll be responsible for running all financial aspects of their operations including:

• Financial Leadership

• Budgeting & Forecasting

• Project Financial Management

• Risk Management

• Compliance & Reporting

• Stakeholder Management

• Team Leadership

• Process Enhancement

 

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA qualifications
  • Leadership skills: proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Lead month end close audits. Ability to build and maintain strong financial management within a business.
  • Construction industry knowledge
  • Communication and analytical skills
  • Technical skills: financial control, auditing, forecasting and reporting.
