Fleet Coordinator – Groundworks and Civils

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise transport for plant and manage external haulage.
  • Oversee (Apply online only) site vehicles and 55 company cars.
  • Monitor vehicle tracking systems and ensure compliance.
  • Manage tax, MOTs, servicing, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with garages for repairs and servicing.
  • Arrange vans for new starters and replenish fleet as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fleet coordination or transport logistics.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems and compliance.
