My client is looking for an experienced Shift Team Leader to bolster their manufacturing facility. Role Description
* Leadership of a production team, including management of line leaders
* Ensuring production requirements are met, operational targets are achieved whilst ensuring H&S, Quality standards are all delivered
* Ensuring product quality is to customer expectations, training staff where necessary to promote a high quality, continuous improvement culture
* Management of monitoring systems and report generation
Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent IT skills
* Confident communicator across all levels and functions
* Metrics and target driven mindset
* Lean manufacturing experience - desired
* Risk assessment trained - desired
