The ideal Head Chef will have the following:
- Solid experience in afresh foodkitchen
- 3 years experience in a similar kitchen with Rosette level as Head Chef
- A proven track record of running a professional kitchen including managing budgets, GPs and 5* Food Hygiene
- Can do attitude & team player
- Eager to develop seasonal menus with full autonomy
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Confidence to leading a team in a busy service
- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm to lead and develop your team
