Duties
- Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities tailored for children, including those with autism and special educational needs.
- Support educators in delivering lessons and engaging students in various learning experiences.
- Communicate effectively with children, fostering a supportive atmosphere that encourages participation and learning.
- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being during activities.
- Observe and document children's progress, providing feedback to educators on individual development.
- Collaborate with team members to create inclusive strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to special education and child development.
Requirements
- A background in education, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or special educational needs, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with children and staff.
