Company Overview - Production Operative

We are looking for Factory Operatives to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with an interest in working in a factory environment. While prior experience in a factory setting is beneficial, full training will be provided.

Production Operative Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain machinery
Prepare materials for production
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
Assist in the production line and keep operations running smoothly
Some heavy lifting may be required

Production Operative Skills and Experience Required:

Ideally, experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (training will be provided)
Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Own HI VIS & Safety boots required
