Your new companyOne of our manufacturing clients in Littlehampton is looking for a part-time AR/Credit Controller on a 12-month FTC.Your new role
- Serve as the primary contact for all financial matters related to sales, including raising invoices and managing debtors.
- Process customer payments and perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely processing of sales invoices and run aged debtors reports at month-end.
- Verify sales nominal codes on Sage and manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) mailbox.
- Provide general cover for the finance department and perform other duties as assigned by management.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Exceptional organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a small team and independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Sage systems and CRM/Project Management Software. (Desirable)
