Job Description:

As a Repairs Planner, you will play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for residents' repair queries. Your primary responsibilities will include answering calls to assess repair needs, coordinating work orders for the appropriate contractors, liaising with subcontractors and external teams, and efficiently managing shared inboxes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with residents to determine their repair requirements

- Create and coordinate work orders for contractors

- Collaborate with subcontractors and external teams to ensure prompt repair completion

- Effectively manage shared inboxes to address resident queries

Requirements :

- Exceptional telephone etiquette and ability to clearly explain technical information

- Proficiency in IT systems and software, including customer databases and spreadsheets

- Strong process-driven approach to manage and organise customer queries

- Minimum of two years of customer service experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
