The work they do? Exceptional. The people they support? Superheroes. The role you will play as the interim Estates and Facilities Manager? Pivotal.
You will make sure process run on time, make sure that the estate and facilities are operating at the highest of standards. Build those key relationships, not only with stakeholders and your team, but also the most important people - the service users.
They are not looking for someone to change and/or revolutionise the way the FM and estates are currently working but merely be that safe pair of hands who can keep the operation running smoothly whilst they recruit someone permanently.

What is not to like about it?
Looking for someone to start as soon as possible, so you will need to be available sharp(ish). Experience wise, you will need to have a solid FM background, good sound knowledge of soft services, outstanding communication, and be a people person. The nature of the role means that they do operate an "on call" rota, and there will be some weekend work.
