School Administrator Required for a Secondary School in Littlehampton

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Administrator to work full-time at a fantastic school in Littlehampton.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.

Our Engage Education Services team specialises in the placement of non classroom based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities.

Working hours are Monday - Friday [ 8am - 4pm], during term time only.

About the role:

Our School Administrator duties can include:

  • Using the school’s internal system to record a high volume of data

  • Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks

  • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner

  • Covering reception duties

The ideal applicant will have:
  • Experience of working in a busy school or college environment.

  • A real passion for working within an education environment.

  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
