We are currently seeking a motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join my clients team in West Sussex! In this role, you will guide home buyers through every step of purchasing a new home, from initial inquiry to closing the sale. You'll be responsible for showcasing homes, understanding customer needs, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective buyers, provide community and home tours
- Build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Manage the sales process from contract to closing
Qualifications:
- Sales experience, within new homes or agency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends
What We Offer:
- Up to £30k basic, depending on experience, £50k OTE
