The Role of a Behavioural Support Assistant:- As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will work closely with secondary-age students who need extra support, helping them overcome barriers to learning and succeed in a positive environment.
- You will assist in the classroom, during activities, and at break times, making sure every student feels supported and understood.
- Our Behavioural Support Assistants sit with the students at lunchtime, helping build strong relationships and fostering a sense of community.
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above).
- An open-minded and adaptable approach - great Behavioural Support Assistants are flexible and quick to think on their feet.
- A sense of humour - being a Behavioural Support Assistant means finding the fun and lightness in every day.
