Are you ready to make a positive impact and help young people thrive? We're seeking energetic and open-minded individuals to join our team in Littlehampton as a Behavioural Support Assistant at our Secondary Pupil Referral Unit.

The Role of a Behavioural Support Assistant:
  • As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will work closely with secondary-age students who need extra support, helping them overcome barriers to learning and succeed in a positive environment.
  • You will assist in the classroom, during activities, and at break times, making sure every student feels supported and understood.
  • Our Behavioural Support Assistants sit with the students at lunchtime, helping build strong relationships and fostering a sense of community.
Who We're Looking For:
  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above).
  • An open-minded and adaptable approach - great Behavioural Support Assistants are flexible and quick to think on their feet.
