Our clientworks with a diverse range of UK and international clients, including medium-sized and growing businesses, private equity-backed firms, and owner-managed companies. Their expertise spans a variety of tax matters that impact their clients, such as advising on business growth strategies, transactional activity, financing, profit distribution, navigating the changing UK and international tax landscape, and managing compliance obligations.

They are seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Associate to be part of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, share your expertise, and contribute innovative ideas. You’ll work closely with their knowledgeable tax professionals to deliver practical, tailored solutions that meet their clients’ needs.

Responsonsibilties

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day queries and tax-related technical matters.
  • Staying informed on local and national business and economic developments, and proactively discussing their implications with your clients.
  • Assisting Managers and Senior Managers with business development initiatives, identifying opportunities within the existing client base and pursuing new client prospects.
  • Building and maintaining a broad network of internal relationships, both domestically and internationally, to collaboratively deliver exceptional value to clients.

Requirements

  • Possess a ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualification (or an international equivalent).
  • Experience of advising multinational groups on a variety of UK tax matters.
  • Excellent written communication including providing concise advice for clients, report writing and drafting technical memoranda.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including experience in client handling, managing internal teams and multiple stakeholders. Strong project management skills - able to manage several complex client projects and plan their own workload.
  • Experience of and/or a desire to coach and delegate a team of associates and senior associates, helping them grow their tax technical expertise alongside their client management skills.
