Job Title: Finance Officer
Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid 2 days WFH)
Hours: 37.5 hours, flexible time if offered
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including verifying, coding, and posting invoices.
- Invoice Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- General Ledger: Assist with maintaining the general ledger, including journal entries and month-end closing activities.
- Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Requirements:
- AAT Level 4 qualification.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
