Job Title: Finance Officer

Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid 2 days WFH)

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including verifying, coding, and posting invoices.
  • Invoice Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice and payment issues.
  • General Ledger: Assist with maintaining the general ledger, including journal entries and month-end closing activities.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Requirements:

  • AAT Level 4 qualification.
  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
