• ACA-qualified from a Top 5 audit firm
• Strong technical accounting expertise, including financial reporting & controls
• A natural leader with a proven ability to develop and manage high-performing finance teams
• Process-driven, with a keen eye for efficiency improvements and automation
• Ambitious, commercially astute, and solutions-focused, thriving in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Compliance - Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monthly management accounts production
• Process & Systems Improvement - Drive automation and efficiency, implementing best practices across the finance function.
• Team Leadership & Development - Build and lead a strong finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Strategic Financial Planning - Partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategies and decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management - Work closely with PE investors, auditors, and senior executives to ensure financial transparency and growth.
