This role requires strong expertise in financial management, tax regulations, and process optimisation. You will manage a small team, ensuring accurate financial statements, cost control, and compliance with local and international laws.

Description

  • Oversee the accounting department's daily operations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff
  • Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances

Profile

  • Qualified accountant
  • Strong tax understanding and experience
  • Strong leadership and management experience
  • Experience working within a SME/ hands on environment
  • Any experience in a fast growing, PE backed business would be desirable
