Description
- Delivering accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Participating in the financial planning process
- Analysing financial performance and making recommendations for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Working closely with the rest of the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth operations
- Participating in special projects as required
- Contributing to the overall success of the Accounting & Finance department in Liverpool
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A relevant degree in finance or accounting
- Progress towards a professional accounting qualification
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
