Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant looking for a new challenge? This role offers the chance to play a key part in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, providing essential insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L statements, balance sheets & cash flow reports
Conduct variance analysis to assess financial performance
Assist in budgeting & forecasting, collaborating with department heads
Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop effective cost models
Ensure compliance with internal controls & external regulations
Monitor cash flow & support capital expenditure planning
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis & business insights

What We're Looking For:

Qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
3-5 years of management accounting experience
Ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders
Strong Excel & accounting software skills (Xero desirable)
Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills & high attention to detail
Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business
