• ACCA or ACA qualified, or actively studying towards these qualifications
• Previous experience in a UK practice, with a solid understanding of both personal and corporate tax
• Proven ability to manage a mixed tax portfolio independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering trusted client relationships
• Career-driven, with a desire to advance and grow within a forward-thinking firm
