About the Role

As a Digital Communications & Reprographics Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting staff and students by managing the school's reprographics services while also overseeing digital communications, including the website and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate all reprographic equipment, ensuring high-quality printing and finishing services.
  • Design and produce materials such as worksheets, booklets, posters, flyers, and banners using relevant software (Adobe, Oki, Desktop Publishing, etc.).
  • Maintain copyright records and advise on copyright regulations.
  • Order and maintain stocks of printing and binding supplies.
  • Ensure all photocopiers and equipment are serviced and maintained.
  • Actively manage and update the school's website, keeping content fresh and engaging.
  • Oversee the school's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), creating and sharing engaging content.
  • Work closely with school staff to promote achievements, events, and key updates to the wider community.
  • Develop a content strategy that enhances the school's brand awareness.
  • Assist in school bulletins and newsletters as required.
