About Us: My client's school is a vibrant and inclusive school located in Sefton, dedicated to providing a supportive and enriching environment for students. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized School Administrator to join their team on a long-term temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school's administrative functions, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and managing databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the Headteacher and other staff members.
  • Coordinate school events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle enquiries from parents, students, and external agencies.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, newsletters, and other communications.
