Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Action Closures
  • Chase current department for answers when needed
  • Update Project Management Tracker as jobs are closed
  • Update In Progress end dates, road types, and permit information in the internal management system
  • Save Daily In Progress in shared area and notify team
  • Send out Daily Closures
  • Liaise with local authorities as required
  • Add information from Proposed Works Report to Jobs in the internal management system
  • Complete Registrations / R1s within the correct timeframe
  • Assist the Streetworks compliance team with queries
  • Maintain internal management system dashboard accurately
  • Provide support in other areas of the business as needed (sickness and holiday cover)

  • Ability to develop and deliver multiple/diverse work streams
  • Ability to work well under challenging and changing situations
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally (with staff, clients, customers, suppliers)
  • Flexible approach to working to ensure the delivery of planned and unplanned activities
  • Open to change and able to adapt seamlessly
  • Works well both individually and as part of a team

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of NRSWA and associated Street works legislation
