A IFA Administrator is being recruited for a successful wealth management firm based in Liverpool.

Due to internal promotions, this firm is looking to recruit an IFA Administrator and allow someone to take on a role that will offer progression as well as study support.
Description
As IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing client review service cycle end to end
- Coordinating with clients to arrange annual reviews
- Preparing review packs - preparing valuations, checking compliance documents etc
- Maintaining client data on in house system
- Attending client meetings with advisers, taking notes/minutes, and preparing file notes
- Preparing and sending relevant paperwork to clients on behalf of adviser
- Ad hoc data projects
Profile
The successful candidate for this IFA Administrator role must have:
- Experience, ideally, within an IFA or similar financial services business
- Understanding of pensions or investment would be nice to have
- Strong attention to detail and work accurately
- Self motivated and willing to take initiative
- Strong organisational skills with ability to adapt and multi-task
- Experience of Intelligent Office or similar would be advantageous
