LN19081 | Project Support Administrator| 1 day a fortnight onsite| Liverpool |£17.00 - £19.00phr | Temporary 3 months

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Project Support Administrator to join a reputable organisation in Merseyside for a 3 month assignment (with possibility of extension opportunities). The assignment can start immediately and would suit a candidate who is available at short notice.

Role:

The duties will include;

  • Facilitating weekly meetings with the project team
  • Minute taking for all meetings
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
  • Producing documentation, managing documentation and ensuring information is saved in appropriate drives
  • Coordination of meetings
  • Reporting on the projects progress, budget, and resources to senior management
  • Managing tasks and resources
  • Provide admin support to areas which will include administrative and clerical tasks such as minute taking, use of databases, spreadsheets, storing data, managing utilities and word processing

Person:

The successful candidate will have;

  • Significant experience in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Have a desire to be apart of a team and help with busy workloads
  • Previous experience in Project Support
  • Strong organisational skills
