Your new companyA higher education institute in the Liverpool area with an outstanding reputation! My client is due to welcome their new academic year students, and therefore needs support issuing 1st year's with ID cards. Your new roleWorking in a busy hub, you will be responsible for the issuing of a large volume of student ID cards to incoming students. This is a customer service orientated role, as you will be one of the first points of contact to this new student cohort! Your role will consist of delivering good customer service, as well as accurately recording student information to issue ID cards. Working with a card printer, you will need to be a confident IT user, and also feel comfortable working with different systems. This is a full-time working week, offering 35 hours Monday - Friday. You will be required for 2 weeks from Monday 23rd September - Friday 4th October inclusive. What you'll need to succeedPrevious customer service, reception or administration experience is essential for this post! You will be working closely with the team, but will feel comfortable working autonomously. You will be system savvy, and thrive in busy, bustling environments! Due to the short nature of this post, you must be available for the entire duration. What you'll get in returnWorking with a sought after employer in the area, you will have full time hours of 9 - 5 Monday - Friday. You will have a basic hourly rate of £12ph + holiday pay, taking you to £13.45ph inclusive.
