Salary: £34,000-45,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be seeking a passionate Project Architect to join a well-established Architectural Practice in the lively city of Liverpool. This friendly team have a number of exciting projects in the pipeline and are keen to continue their success and growth. They have a diverse portfolio of exciting projects in sectors such as hospitality, extra care and community with specialist focus within the residential sector on both private small-scale projects and larger housing developments. My client has cultivated a collaborative working environment where innovation thrives. They also do regular team socials, offer a clear career pathway and plenty of opportunities to continue professional development.

The successful Project Architect will have several years of Post Part Three experience, a strong portfolio of residential projects and proficiency with the desired software.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

ARB registered
3- 4 years of post Part Three qualification experience in the UK
Proficiency in CAD is essential (AutoCAD, MicroStation, ArchiCAD)
Strong portfolio
Proven experience working on residential projects small- large
Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
Attend and input to site meetings
Deliver drawings across the RIBA stages
Liaise confidently with clients contractors and other stakeholders
Strong technical ability
Assist with managing a small team
Job running experience
Confident communicator both written and verbal
Driven with professional development
Up to date with latest technologies and designs
Passionate about incorporating sustainable design principles
Live locally to Liverpool
Keen to input to company growth and success
