My client is searching for a talented and experienced Project Architect with creative design flare to join their well-established team in Liverpool. The RIBA chartered practice has a brilliant reputation and offers services through all RIBA stages of Commercial, Residential and Education projects.
The successful Project Architect will have significant experience post part 3 qualification and will enjoy running projects across all RIBA stages. You will be confident leading a small team and will always aim to provide excellent client led solutions. Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- Significant UK-based experience post Part 3 qualification
- ARB registered
- Confident liaising with clients, contractors and the wider team
- Residential and commercial experience is beneficial
- Confident running projects through all RIBA stages
- Track record of managing a small team
- Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Revit proficiency is essential
