Microbiology Analyst Opportunity - Liverpool

Opportunity:

Do you have microbiology lab experience looking for a new role? Does your experience include environmental monitoring and microbiological testing of water systems and drug products? Want to work for a global pharmaceutical company? If yes then this is the role for you.

Your role as a Microbiology Analyst based in Liverpool will involve working in a pharmaceutical lab environment where you will be performing:

  • Microbiological testing of water systems and drug products.
  • Performing Microbiological testing on samples from raw materials, In-Process, Release and stability.
  • Booking in and controlling of samples.
  • Environmental monitoring of unclassified production area pack rooms.
  • Following Good Quality Control Laboratory Practices (GLP) at all times and ensuring the work area is maintained in a clean and tidy state adhering to the 6S established for the area.
  • Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Manufacturing Documentation (GDP).
  • Conducting laboratory investigations / exceptions / NCR / CAPA.
  • Provide support and training for others within the laboratory.
  • Performing reviewing team members lab testing.
  • Performing Validation Maintenance of the Analytical methods used in the area.

This is a 3 months contract role which the client will review for a possible extension or go permanent however everything is dependent on the individual and business performance. The hourly PAYE rate is PAYE is £13.87.

Skills:
