A leading financial and legal services business in Liverpool, with an average year-on-year growth of 20%, is at the point of leveling up and scaling their entire tech team. As part of this, they are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who has a strong knowledge of IT/Software to work as the senior in a squad, as well as setting a high standard of working across the function.
They are continuing to invest in the technology team with the introduction of a Lead Business Analyst to ensure that processes are clearly defined and communicated to all key stakeholders.
What will you be working on?
- As a Lead Business Analyst, you’ll be leading and overseeing a team of 6 Business Analysts (whilst being hands-on) - being the most senior member of the team.
- You’ll be requirement gathering and collaborating with Product, Software, UX teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure project delivery within scope, timeline and budget and updating senior management.
- You’ll have a deep understanding of Business Analysis within IT SaaS environments, with fintech or insurance experience as a bonus.
- You’ll also have a proven track record of defining business processes and mentoring the BA team on technical analysis and best practices.
