The Firm:

The Role:
- Supporting the Commercial Team to analyse client information and negotiate with existing clients to provide quotes.
- Analysing key data and customer trends.
- Supporting the Commercial Team with contract & rate reviews.
- Providing Client Support, responding to client queries and issues.
- Using a CRM tool for follow up on opportunities to grow existing clients.
The ideal candidate:
- 1-2 years’ recent experience in a business development admin or similar role, within the Warehousing and Logistics industries;
- To be a critical thinker, having strong working analytical skills to understand the story behind the data with particular skill in MS Excel (ideally intermediary level);
- To be a relationship-builder and natural communicator, having an outgoing & professional style and the ability to build highly credible relationships
- To have a passion for business development and customer relationships with the motivation to develop new business opportunities;
