They want the best for their employees and that means learning, progression and promotion.This progression will involve funded exams. It will involve £500 bonuses for each of those exams passed. And it will mean spending time with clients and sitting in meetings from an early stage.How refreshing is that?You'll start on a salary of up to c£42,000 (depending on experience) and there's hybrid working. You'll be in the office on Mondays and Fridays because whilst an individual you'll start and finish the week as a team.The interview process is two stage with the first more of a conversation via Teams or face to face (depending on choice/diaries). You'll get to meet your perspective manager who'll tell you all you need to know so that you can decide on whether it's right for you or not.  HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:The job itself is as you'd expect - Research, report writing, working closely with financial planners on wealth cases for your clients.
