Estimator Administrator - Facilities Management

Description

We are working with a Facilities Management business in Liverpool who are currently looking for a Estimator Admin to support their service desk teams on a full-time permanent basis. The role is based on site.

The role involves estimating low value M&E or building fabric remedial works. Key skills involve communication, Excel, organisational skills, arranging remedial works, supply chain management, using CAFM system.

Requirements

  • Ideally you will have experience of working within similar role within FM, Building Services/Maintenance or Construction.
  • Experience of working in a phone based/administrative role.
