Your Role and Responsibilities:

Scheduling a team of engineers and subcontractors. Ensuring efficiency across teams and completed within SLA's as well as:- To be communicative with supply chain partners and subcontractor sto ensure job execution.- Schedule planned preventative maintenance.- To organise time sheets for engineers in line with the weekly schedule- Keep the inhouse systems updated with all information, including absence management etc- To provide administrative support handling admin jobs, managing communications.What You'll Need:

- Efficient managing workloads to meet KPI's- Facilities Management Experience- Proficient in IT systemsWhat's in it for you?
