If you love a varied role and enjoy the customer service side, then read on. We have a housing maintenance co-ordinator role. Working for one of a key clients in Liverpool. This will be on on-site role speaking with a range of tenants, landlords and contractors. Working 30 hours across 5 days - Monday to Friday 10 - 4pm paying a pro-rated salary of £20KWhat will you be doing as a Housing Maintenance Co-ord ?

  • Speaking with a range of tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Logging repairs and maintenance issues
  • Liaising with contractors to arrange for repairs to residential properties
  • Chasing up outstanding or pending maintenance with contractors, being assertive to get results and meet deadlines
  • Working within the guidelines to comply with regulations and health and safety
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records
  • Handle any emergency maintenance issues promptly
  • Working closely with the residential team to progress any maintenance issues highlighted from their inspections
  • Building relationships with contractors to gain best value for money and ensuring they have an out of hours contract arrangement in place to meet any urgent requests
  • Problem solving, thinking on your feet

  • If you have dealt with repairs and maintenance
  • If you are used to managing a busy and varied administrative role
  • You are an excellent communicator and enjoy speaking with a range of customers
