Based in the Merseyside area, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Delivery Manager to join this well established and well recognised business and to take their career to the next levelYou will be working on projects and schemes of work within the Social Housing sector, so you must have demonstrable and extensive experience working in this sector. You'll be working on schemes of work including Internal works, Responsive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance and Voids. You will be a senior stakeholder in this business and have client facing experience, in addition to managing multiple levels and leading an effective and productive team
