Your Role and Main Responsibilities:

Looking for an individual with an ability to proficiently manage contracts to meet KPI's and SLAs. Coordination of tasks and team leadership will be essential for success in this role.- Management of a team of operators, distribute workloads and oversee contact centre operations.- Provide training and development opportunities to provide continuous growth for your team- To provide reports weekly, monthly and yearly to monitor performance of the team and recognise areas needing improvement, contract failures and coordinate this with clients and contract managers.- Manage timesheets and uphold companies' compliance policies.What You'll Need
