We are recruiting on behalf of an award winning Chartered IFA. They are seeking skilled Technical Specialists to join their growing team and support their Financial Planners and Advisers in delivering tailored, high-quality financial strategies to a diverse client base.

The RoleAs a Technical Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting Financial Planners and Advisers by providing in-depth financial analysis, conducting research, and preparing suitability reports. You will be key to ensuring a high standard of client service, while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Financial Planners and Advisers with research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives
  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans and suitability reports
  • Analyse client data, prepare cash flow models, and research financial products
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to ensure smooth client service
  • Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations
  • Manage and monitor client annual reviews
  • Stay up to date with regulatory and industry developments
  • Ensure all activities meet internal and external compliance standards

This role may involve occasional travel for client meetings, and flexibility outside standard office hours may be required.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial advice practice
  • At least 1 year of paraplanning experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused
