This is a remote-based role, servicing existing clients, but you will also be working to develop your own client bank and attract new clients.

What you’ll be getting involved in:

  • Delivering an excellent level of service on all areas of financial planning, working with clients to achieve excellent customer outcomes
  • Conducting review meetings to understand customer objectives and financial needs
  • Develop effective, long-term relationships with clients, their families and professional connections
  • Work alongside the administration team to analyse information, conduct research, and prepare financial planning reports
  • Grow the client bank through effective and consistent business development activities
  • Maintain high level of personal development ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practice
  • Work effectively with all colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient and value adding client experience
  • Ensure a strong compliance culture by applying best practice at all times and working to internal quality standards

The ideal candidate:

  • Will be qualified to Diploma Level 4 in Financial Advice
  • Will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a Financial Advice role
  • Will be passionate about establishing a long-term career in Financial Planning
  • Will be driven to keep up to date with industry developments, news and advancements
  • Will be energetic and highly motivated with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence
  • Will have a positive, driven, and most importantly, customer-centric approach to Financial Advice
