Paraplanner - Office-Based, Southport

A well-established and forward-thinking financial planning firm in Southport is looking for an experienced paraplanner to join their growing team. With a team of seven advisers, three of whom have been developed in-house, the firm values collaboration, professional development, and a strong office culture.

This is a fully office-based role in newly designed premises, providing an excellent environment for networking, learning, and team integration. The firm does not offer hybrid working, as they believe in fostering a close-knit and supportive workplace.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting advisers with research, analysis, and suitability report writing
  • Preparing client reports and recommendations
  • Liaising with clients and providers to gather relevant information
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal processes
  • Managing and maintaining accurate client records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a paraplanner within a financial planning firm
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial products, investments, pensions, and tax planning
  • Ability to work closely with advisers and administrators in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Salary is dependent on experience, as the priority is finding the right person to fit the firm’s culture and team.
