Sonic Summary

The Telesales Advisor position is a remote, full-time role with a base salary of £24.5k and an on-target earnings (OTE) of £30.5-33k.
Candidates should have 12 months of targeted phone sales experience within the last 3 years, although those from a call center or retail sales background may also be considered.
The job involves making 50-60 outbound sales calls daily and achieving sales targets of 3-6 sales per day.
Employees will benefit from excellent induction training, 25 days of holidays plus bank holidays, and various incentives.
This role requires a quiet workspace at home and offers no weekend work, with the latest shifts ending by 19:00.

Make 50/60 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
Ensure you’re meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

12 months experience of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years is preferred however we could also consider candidates from a Call Centre or Retails Sales background.
A quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
