Key Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction:
" Provide excellent customer service to all new and existing tenants and visitors.
" Strengthen and build relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Sales Support:
" Conduct viewings of available spaces to support sales efforts.
" Possess in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively communicate with potential customers.
Team Collaboration:
" Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
" Step up as a leader in the absence of the Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager.

Marketing and Community Engagement:
" Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company to both customers and the public.
" Assist in organizing marketing events to build communities and create new relationships with stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
" Excellent customer service skills.
" Ability to upsell and promote will be an advantage.
" Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
" Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:
